DESCRIPTION:Petaluma Woman’s Club is pleased to offer a three-part lecture series featuring Dr. Laura Kimbro\, a retired OB/GYN physician and women’s health educator focused on helping women navigate the perimenopause and menopause transition with knowledge\, vitality and confidence. \nLecture 1\, June 23 \nPerimenopause and Menopause: What’s Happening to My Body?  \nThis talk will focus on helping women understand the re-calibration that occurs during this transition and how the hormonal shifts affect the entire body. It includes why symptoms such as sleep disruption\, mood changes\, brain fog\, and weight shifts occur\, and why many women feel dismissed or misunderstood during this transition. The goal is to replace confusion with clarity and help women recognize that these changes are both real and manageable. \nRSVP HERE \nAttendance is free; donations at the door are welcome!
